What to expect when we start work
Site Evaluation
We measure the lawn area, check sun exposure, drainage, and soil, and email you a detailed estimate.
Old Lawn Removal and Soil Preparation
Existing grass and weeds are removed and hauled away. The area is graded so water drains away from your home, topsoil or compost is added where needed, and the surface is raked smooth.
Sod Installation
Fresh sod is delivered and laid the same day in tight, staggered rows, trimmed neatly around beds and walkways, then rolled and watered thoroughly to start rooting.
Cleanup and Care Instructions
Hard surfaces are swept clean and you receive simple watering and mowing instructions for the first few weeks.
