The process begins with an on-site evaluation and a clear, no-obligation estimate tailored to your property and watering needs. Here is what to expect during your estimate:

Property Walk

An estimator will meet with you at your property to discuss your goals and determine which areas should be watered. This may include only the lawn or the lawn, flower beds, trees, shrubs, and other landscaped areas.

System Mapping

The estimator will create a preliminary layout showing the proposed water connection point, mainline routes, valve locations, and sprinkler zones. This helps ensure the system is planned efficiently for your property and landscape design.

Controller Location

The recommended location for the irrigation controller will be reviewed with you. In most cases, an exterior location near an existing power source is preferred because it provides convenient access for operation and service without requiring access to the garage.

If you prefer to have the controller installed inside the garage, that option can be accommodated as well.

Emailed Estimate

A detailed estimate will be emailed shortly after the in-person meeting. The estimate will outline the proposed sprinkler system and installation costs, giving you the information needed to make an informed decision.
